Include “StringArtGen” and a short description in the subject. A response time is not guaranteed.
What to include in a bug report
- The page or action you were using, such as selecting a photo, generating a pattern, or downloading an SVG.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened, including the exact error text if one appeared.
- Your browser name, approximate version, and device type.
- The image file type, image dimensions if known, and the nail count, line count, and other settings used.
- The smallest set of steps that makes the problem happen again.
A screenshot of the interface or a non-sensitive sample image can be helpful, but do not share a private photo just to demonstrate a problem. If an issue can be reproduced with another image, use that instead. Never include passwords, login codes, payment details, or email account credentials.
Check these common causes first
If a pattern is too dark or loses detail, start with the troubleshooting guide. If a downloaded template is the wrong physical size, measure the printed circle and check the print scaling described in the materials guide. For crop and composition issues, use the photo selection guide.
Corrections to a guide
Note the guide title, the relevant heading, and the sentence or instruction that needs attention. Explain what happened with your materials or which step was unclear. Specific observations are more useful than a general rating and can help make the guidance easier to follow.
